This Privacy Policy explains how AI Tech Team (our collects, uses, and shares information when you use the mobile application Weather Outfit Guide (the “App”). If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the App.

- Purpose: fetch local weather and generate outfit suggestions
- Source: device location services, with your permission
- Control: disable location in device settings or use manual address
1.2 Weather data
- Source: Apple WeatherKit APIs
- Note: non-identifying forecast data, potentially combined with your approximate area
1.3 Device & app usage data
- Purpose: operations, diagnostics, fraud prevention, ads delivery/measurement
- Source: integrated SDKs (see Section 3); may include device identifiers (e.g., IDFA where permitted), app version, and interactions
1.4 AI generation inputs
- Purpose: to create natural-language summaries and outfit suggestions
- Data sent: structured, non-identifying weather features (temperature, humidity, precipitation, wind), selected day label and date
- We do not send: names, emails, or precise coordinates
2. How we use information
- Provide core features (weather lookup, outfit recommendations)
- Show and measure ads where permitted by consent or applicable law
- Improve reliability and security (debugging, abuse detection)
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce terms
Legal bases (EEA/UK): consent (e.g., personalized ads, precise location) and legitimate interests (basic app functions, non-personalized ads, security), as applicable.
3. SDKs and third parties

Data sharing: limited data is shared with these providers to operate the App (e.g., ad requests, consent signals). We do not sell personal information.
4. Cookies, identifiers, and tracking
- IDFA/ATT prompts may be used where you grant permission
- Ad partners’ SDKs may use local storage or similar technologies for delivery and measurement
5. International transfers
We and our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) or your consent.
6. Your choices & rights
- In-app controls: open Settings → Privacy to manage consent (EEA/UK and applicable US states)
- Location: disable in your device settings or use manual address
EEA/UK rights: access, correction, deletion, portability, objection/restriction, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact us to exercise rights.
US state privacy rights: where applicable, opt out of “Sale/Share” and targeted advertising via in-app controls.
7. Data retention
We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes described, unless a longer period is required by law. Consent records may be retained to demonstrate compliance.
8. Children’s privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or a higher age where required). If you believe a child provided information, please contact us.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. We will post the new version with an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes may be announced in-app.
